Keyword Density Checker
Calculate the percentage of all parsed words that exactly equal one chosen keyword.
How to use
- Enter the text and one keyword to analyze, then run.
Capabilities and scope
Comparison is case-insensitive but does not merge substrings, stems, or inflections; total words, occurrences, and density are shown.
How it works
Word tokens are lowercased, exact matches are counted, and occurrences/totalWords×100 is calculated.
Example
Four exact keyword occurrences in 100 words produce 4% density.
Useful for
- Measure how frequently one exact word repeats in a document
Before you use it
- It does not score SEO quality or prescribe a search-engine density target, and tokenization has language limitations.
Frequently asked questions
Does a keyword inside a longer word count?
No. The complete parsed token must equal the keyword.
