Prefix every line with a one-based 'number. ' label.

Blank lines are still array entries and receive numbers, preserving their original line positions.
How it works
The runner maps lines to `${i+1}. ${line}` and joins them with newlines.
Example
alpha beta becomes 1. alpha 2. beta.
Useful for
- Add temporary line references to notes or code snippets
Before you use it
- Existing line numbers are not detected, so a second numbering pass adds another prefix.

Yes. A blank line still counts as a line and receives a number.
