Word Frequency Analyzer
Count parsed words case-insensitively and list them in descending occurrence frequency.
How to use
- Enter the text and run the word-frequency analysis.
Capabilities and scope
Identical lowercase tokens share a Map entry, and the worker path uses the same runText counting logic.
How it works
Unicode-aware word tokens are lowercased, counted in a Map, and sorted by count descending.
Example
Cat cat dog produces cat:2 and dog:1.
Useful for
- Find repeated vocabulary and inspect a document's word distribution
Before you use it
- There is no stemming, synonym merging, or morphological analysis, so inflected forms remain separate tokens.
Frequently asked questions
