Reverse Text
Reverse the order of Unicode code points in the text.
How to use
- Enter the text and run the reversal.
Capabilities and scope
The runner reverses the spread code-point array instead of UTF-16 code units, producing a literal character-order reversal.
How it works
It evaluates [...input].reverse().join("").
Example
abc😀 becomes 😀cba.
Useful for
- Test reverse-string logic or make simple text puzzles
Before you use it
- Combining characters and ZWJ emoji are not treated as grapheme clusters, so composed display units can break when reversed.
Frequently asked questions
Does it reverse only the word order?
No. It reverses every code point. Word-order reversal is a separate tool.
