Extract URLs
Extract URL candidates that explicitly start with http:// or https://.
How to use
- Enter text containing links and run the extraction.
Capabilities and scope
A simple regex consumes characters until whitespace, angle brackets, or a double quote is encountered.
How it works
Matches of /https?:\/\/[^\s<>"]+/g are joined one per line.
Example
See https://example.com/a?x=1 extracts the complete explicit URL.
Useful for
- Collect HTTP(S) links from logs or documents
Before you use it
- Scheme-less addresses such as www.example.com are ignored, and trailing commas or parentheses can remain attached.
