The pattern is Unicode-aware and returns the full token including the # sign.
How it works
All matches of /#[\p{L}\p{N}_]+/gu are returned one per line.
Example
#Seoul_trip #2026 yields both tags.

- Hyphens and spaces end a match, and platform-specific hashtag validity is not checked.
