Turn a comma-separated list into one item per line.

Capabilities and scope
Whitespace around commas is consumed as part of the separator, but quoted CSV syntax is not parsed.
How it works
input.split(/\s*,\s*/) is joined with newline characters.
Example
a, b ,c becomes a b c.
