Remove Empty Lines
Remove empty or whitespace-only lines while keeping all non-empty line text.
How to use
- Enter text containing blank lines and run the filter.
Capabilities and scope
Each line is tested after trimming for emptiness, but retained lines keep their original spacing.
How it works
lines.filter(line=>line.trim()) keeps only lines whose trimmed value is non-empty.
Example
a b becomes a b.
Useful for
- Remove blank rows from lists or logs
Before you use it
- Leading and trailing spaces on non-empty lines are not trimmed automatically.
Frequently asked questions
