UUID v4 Generator
Generate one UUID v4 with the browser's crypto.randomUUID().

Capabilities and scope
The current browser Web Crypto source produces an RFC-style version-4 UUID string.
How it works
The tool returns crypto.randomUUID() directly.
Example
The result has the familiar 36-character UUID form such as 550e8400-e29b-41d4-a716-446655440000.
Useful for
- Create temporary client-side identifiers or test record IDs
Before you use it
- UUID collisions are extremely unlikely but this is not a central identity registry that guarantees issuance or uniqueness.
