Contact

This is the official support channel for Murelio. Public bug reports, feature requests, and usage questions are handled in the GitHub support repository. Personal, security-sensitive, rights-related, or otherwise private matters should be sent to the dedicated support email.

Use GitHub for ordinary support

Use Murelio Support GitHub Issues for bug reports, feature requests, usage questions, copy or translation problems, and accessibility feedback that can be discussed publicly. Structured issue forms help collect the information needed to review a report.

GitHub issues may be public. Do not post email addresses, phone numbers, legal names, home addresses, passwords, verification codes, API keys, private files, health information, financial information, or other data that should not be public.

Reporting a bug

Include the affected tool or page, what you expected, what actually happened, steps that reproduce the problem, and the device and browser used. It is also useful to say whether the problem happens consistently or only under particular conditions.

You do not need to submit real personal information, passwords, private documents, or sensitive files to demonstrate a bug. Prefer sample values or sanitized files whenever possible.

Suggesting a feature

A useful feature request explains the task you are trying to complete, what is currently difficult, and what kind of result would solve the problem. This is more useful than providing only a feature name.

Not every suggestion can be implemented. Requests are evaluated for overlap with existing tools, suitability for safe browser-side processing, usefulness, clarity, and ongoing maintenance cost.

When to use private email

Send privacy-rights requests, non-public security reports, rights-infringement notices, or inquiries that must contain private contact details or sensitive material to [email protected]. Do not publish sensitive content in a GitHub issue first and then rely on deletion afterward.

Even in private email, avoid sending national identifiers, financial passwords, authentication codes, identity documents, or other excessive information unless it is genuinely necessary.

Security reports

Report vulnerabilities or issues that could be abused if disclosed publicly to [email protected]. Indicate that the message concerns security and describe the reproduction steps and potential impact as clearly as practical.

Do not perform destructive testing, unauthorized access, collection of other people’s information, or high-volume automated requests that could harm the service or a third party.

Privacy and rights requests

Questions about information handling, support records, browser-stored preferences, or public support posts can be sent to [email protected]. Where identity verification is genuinely required, only information proportionate to the request should be requested.

Public GitHub posts may be associated with the user’s GitHub account and are handled through GitHub’s features and the support repository’s moderation process.

Response and handling

Murelio is a personal project and does not promise fixed customer-service hours or immediate response times. Service-wide failures, security issues, and privacy matters may be prioritized ahead of ordinary feature requests.

Duplicate reports may be consolidated or redirected to an existing issue. Additional information may be requested when a report cannot be reproduced or lacks necessary context.

Scope of support

Support covers Murelio functionality, content, accessibility, translations, calculation criteria, privacy, and service policies. Murelio cannot provide support for hardware failures, third-party account problems, unrelated websites, or individualized professional legal, medical, tax, or investment advice.

General explanations of a tool are available, but Murelio does not replace professional advice for decisions that depend on an individual’s circumstances.

Operator information
