About Murelio
Murelio is a practical browser-based utility service that works without installation or account creation. It is operated by HRuin as a personal project and brings calculation, conversion, text, file, productivity, and everyday tools together in one place.
Purpose of the service
Murelio is intended for tasks that are useful often enough to need a reliable tool but should not require installing a separate application or creating an account. Users can search for a tool, open it, complete the task, and review the result with as little friction as practical.
Tools are organized around actual user intent. Functions that naturally belong to the same task may be combined, while functions with different purposes are kept separate rather than merged solely to reduce the number of pages.
Free access without an account
Murelio’s general tools are currently free and do not require registration or sign-in. The service does not ask for a name, phone number, address, or user profile simply to run a tool.
If the operating model or availability of a particular feature changes in the future, the relevant page will explain the change. Free availability today does not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever, but avoiding unnecessary account requirements remains a core principle.
Browser-first processing
Calculator values, text, code, images, documents, archives, audio, video, and similar user-provided working data are designed to be processed on the user’s device whenever practical. Murelio does not maintain a user account repository that stores such tool inputs and outputs for later retrieval.
File tools are likewise not built around long-term storage of files selected by users. Ordinary network traffic required to load the service and minimal aggregate usage statistics are separate from tool-input processing and are described in the Privacy Policy.
Languages and devices
Murelio provides Korean, English, and Japanese content and is designed for desktop, tablet, and mobile use. Layout and controls may adapt to screen size and input method, but the meaning of a tool and its calculation criteria should remain consistent.
Browser and operating-system security policies differ, particularly for file access, downloads, sharing, clipboard access, permissions, and background behavior. Some features can therefore behave differently by device, and the service aims to explain relevant limitations where they matter.
Accuracy and explainability
Calculation and conversion tools aim to provide instructions, criteria, units, principles, and examples where useful. The goal is not only to display an answer but also to make the basis of that answer understandable.
No tool should be treated as a substitute for official, legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering, or other professional judgment. Where standards change over time or differ by institution, users should review the stated basis and independently verify important decisions.
Data minimization
Murelio is designed on the assumption that identifying a person is unnecessary for ordinary tool use. When aggregate service statistics are collected, the data is limited to items such as tool ID, category, locale, device class, and time bucket. Tool inputs, results, file contents, and precise location are not included in those statistics.
General bug reports and feature requests are handled through the public GitHub support repository. Information that should not be public, including personal or security-sensitive information, should be sent to the dedicated support email.
Advertising principles
Murelio is currently undergoing Google AdSense review and monetized ad slots remain disabled. AdSense connection code and publisher-verification information may be present on pages for site connection and review, but Murelio does not enable monetized ad slots before approval. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy will be updated again when advertising is actually enabled after approval.
If advertising is enabled, Murelio aims to avoid placements that interfere with entering data or obscure results. The actual data handling by advertising providers and the choices available to users are disclosed in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy according to the active configuration.
Quality management
Murelio regularly checks calculation logic, input validation, responsive layouts, and critical user flows. Automated regression checks and browser-based verification are used to reduce unintended breakage after changes, but these processes cannot guarantee that defects will never occur in every environment.
Users who find a problem can report reproducible steps and environment information through the support channel. Sensitive or personal data should not be attached to a public issue.
Operator
Murelio is a personal project operated by HRuin. It is not built around a membership or customer-account system. The current public operating information is described in the About, Contact, Privacy, Terms, Cookies, Disclaimer, Accessibility, and Changelog pages.
When operational policies change, the relevant documents are updated and material user-facing changes are recorded in the changelog.
Feedback and contact
Use the public support repository for ordinary bug reports, feature requests, and usage questions. Send personal information, security-sensitive material, rights-related requests, or other content unsuitable for public posting to [email protected].
Submission of a suggestion does not create an obligation to implement a specific feature or meet a requested schedule.
